Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI generation credit?
Each time you click Generate to create an AI-built timeline from your instruction, that uses one credit. Editing the resulting timeline, rendering, and exporting do not use credits.
Can I upload 4K footage on Starter or Pro?
Starter and Pro support up to 1080p source import. Studio unlocks 4K import and 4K export for the full pipeline.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue editing and rendering existing timelines. AI generation will be paused until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Is billing live right now?
Billing and payments are frontend-only / mock during the beta period. No card is charged. Founding access pricing will lock in for early members when billing goes live.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
