Last updated: May 28, 2026

Beta product: Auraframe is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Auraframe (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta product status

Auraframe is currently in private beta. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this period. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the beta period. Beta users accept these limitations by using the Service.

3. Use of service

You agree to use Auraframe only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use automated tools to abuse AI generation or rendering resources.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without explicit written permission.

4. Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the media you upload and the videos you export. By uploading content, you grant Auraframe a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or outputs.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated timelines are produced using your instructions and uploaded media. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Auraframe does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

6. Payments and billing

During the beta period, billing and payments are frontend-only and no charges are made. When billing goes live, subscriptions will be processed through Stripe. Founding access pricing will be locked in for early members as stated at time of subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable use

Auraframe is intended for legitimate creative and commercial video production. Use of the Service for spam, misinformation, harassment, or any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual property

All software, design, and infrastructure underlying Auraframe is the property of Auraframe and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to the Auraframe brand, software, or technology beyond the right to use the Service as described.

9. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auraframe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abusive use, or at our discretion with notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
